At Bright Therapeutic Center, we are committed to providing high-quality therapy services and supporting the growth and development of every child. To ensure smooth functioning and fairness for all families, please review our policies carefully.

1. Fee Submission Policy

  • Fees for therapy sessions are to be submitted at the start of each month.
  • All clients must submit fees by the 5th of every month.
  • Late payment fines apply as follows:
    • From the 6th to 10th: A daily fine of PKR 200 per day will be applied.
    • After the 10th: The fine will continue until the fee is fully cleared.
  • No fee refund will be provided if a client chooses to leave the program voluntarily.

2. Session Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Clients must notify the center at least 24 hours in advance if they wish to cancel or reschedule a session.
  • Sessions canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may not be rescheduled or may incur a cancellation fee.
  • Missed sessions due to client reasons cannot be refunded, except in special cases approved by management.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are considered only in cases where services cannot be provided due to therapist unavailability or center closures.
  • Pre-paid therapy packages may be refunded on a prorated basis, based on the number of sessions attended.
  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to info@brighttherapeuticcenter.com or by calling +92 329 866 8660.
  • All refund requests are reviewed and processed within 7–10 business days.

4. Attendance Policy

  • Regular attendance is crucial for consistent progress.
  • If a child is absent for more than 3 consecutive sessions without notice, the center may contact the family to discuss continuation of services.
  • Extended absence due to medical reasons must be supported with a doctor’s note.

5. Behavioral and Safety Policy

  • All children must follow the instructions of therapists during sessions for their safety and progress.
  • Aggressive or unsafe behavior towards staff, peers, or property may result in temporary suspension of sessions until behavioral support plans are implemented.
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for any damage caused by their child to center property.

6. Confidentiality Policy

  • All client records, assessments, and therapy notes are strictly confidential.
  • Information will only be shared with parents/guardians or authorized professionals with written consent.

7. Parent Involvement

  • Parents/guardians are encouraged to actively participate in therapy programs and attend scheduled meetings or feedback sessions.
  • Home practice and reinforcement of learned skills are critical for progress.

8. Program Changes

  • The center reserves the right to modify therapy schedules, group sessions, or program structures based on individual needs and therapist recommendations.
  • Families will be notified in advance of any significant changes.

9. Miscellaneous Policies

Parents/guardians must update the center about any medical conditions, allergies, or medication changes affecting their child.Refunds

Snacks, personal toys, or valuables should be labeled and kept at the child’s own risk.

The center is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged.
